All bookings made with and provided by Sweethearts Party Boutique are bound by the terms and conditions stated on this page. Payments made to Sweethearts Party Boutique deem that the hirer agrees, adheres to and is bound to the terms and conditions. The lead name stated on booking documents and/or orders is responsible for all hired goods and their subsequent care and replacement as per the terms and conditions. The cooling-off period for this agreement is 14 days after the first payment is made. Cancelling after the cooling-off period will result in any payments being kept by Sweethearts event styling. Any bookings taken within 4 weeks of the date of the event must be paid in full.
When booking any of our balloon services at Sweethearts event styling, bookings are taken with the understanding that you are responsible for any health and safety requirements once delivery has been made. This includes but is not limited to venue safety, helium inhalation, cylinder safety, damage, death or injury. Balloons can be a choking hazard. Please ensure all balloons are disposed of correctly.
Our latex balloons are biodegradable, which means they need to be disposed of in your landfill bin. Sadly foil balloons are not biodegradable but can be deflated using a paper straw and then folded up and used at a later date.
